Apache SpamAssassin  uses various network tests and spam filtering to get an overall score in order to decide whether the mail should be considered as spam or not.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5ca6b75 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5ca6b75\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-128487c\" data-id=\"128487c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7005267 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7005267\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Why users cant see Apache SpamAssassin in their cPanel account\n<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25c5808 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25c5808\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>there are two things you have to check on WHM to verify that Apache SpamAssassin is enabled to the cPanel users:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to your cPanel\u00a0<strong>WHM<\/strong>\u00a0control panel as root.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to\u00a0<strong>Home<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb<strong>Server Configuration<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb<strong>Tweak Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the setting\u00a0<em>Enable Apache SpamAssassin\u2122 spam filter<\/em>\u00a0is set to On \u201cThis should be default value\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Save button<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Other cause is that may be its not enabled on Feature Manager for the packages, to do so :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to your cPanel\u00a0<strong>WHM<\/strong>\u00a0control panel as root.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to\u00a0<strong>Home<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb<strong>Packages<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb<strong>Feature Manager<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb<strong>Feature Lists.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Under Manage feature list choose the packages that not displaying Apache SpamAssassin \u201cexample,Default\u201d. In order to set it,You can set the required score in a drop-down menu (from 1 to 10). The higher the number, the more conservative the setting. To enable the filter, simply click on <strong>Auto-Delete Spam button<\/strong>.
