Mailing lists are used for sending email messages to multiple recipients at once. <br \/>\n How it works: You create an email address for a mailing list in Plesk, and subscribe users to it by adding the addresses. Then you send your message to the mailing list address,all subscribers receive the email message. <strong>To set up a mailing list and subscribe users to it:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Mail &gt; Mailing Lists tab.<br \/>\n <a class=\"lightbox-image-link\" title=\"Plesk Mailing Lists tab.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xsofthost.com\/knowledgebase\/plesk-mail-mailing-lists-select.png\" data-lightbox=\"roadtrip\" rel=\"lightbox[414]\"><br \/>\n <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xsofthost.com\/knowledgebase\/plesk-mail-mailing-lists-select.png\" alt=\"Plesk Mailing Lists tab\" width=\"250\" height=\"150\" \/><br \/>\n <\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click Create Mailing List,And fill the following :\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mailing list address:<\/strong> type the mailing list address that will receive the email to forward it <strong>group-address@yourdomain.com<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> Switched on<\/strong>:tick to Enable the Mailing Lists.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mailing list administrator&#8217;s email:<\/strong> Should be an existing e-mail address as administrator of the mailing lists.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscribers :<\/strong> to subscribe users to the mailing list, type their email addresses, one address per line.<\/li>\n<li>To notify the mailing list administrator about mailing list creation, <strong>select the checkbox Notify administrator on the mailing list creation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click OK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"lightbox-image-link\" title=\"Plesk Create Mailing List.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.xsofthost.com\/knowledgebase\/plesk-mailing-list.png\" data-lightbox=\"roadtrip\" rel=\"lightbox[414]\"><br \/>\n <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.xsofthost.com\/knowledgebase\/plesk-mailing-list.png\" alt=\"Plesk Create Mailing List\" width=\"250\" height=\"150\" \/><br \/>\n <\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bold\">To edit by subscribe or unsubscribe users:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Mail<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Mailing Lists<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click the mailing list address.<\/li>\n<li>Do any of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>To subscribe users to the mailing list, type their email addresses into the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> field, one address per line.<\/li>\n<li>To unsubscribe users, remove their addresses from the <strong>Subscribers<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Configure Mailing Lists on Plesk Mailing list is a group email address to which a number of users are subscribed.
