How to create MySQL Database in Plesk<\/h2>\n

  1. Login to your Plesk<\/strong> control Panel.<\/li>\n
  2. From Website & Domains<\/strong> Tab click Add Database<\/strong> Button.\n

  3. From the Add a Database<\/strong> Page type the following:\n
      \n
    1. Database name: type your unique database name.<\/li>\n
    2. Database server : for MySQL Server select MySQL from drop down list.<\/li>\n
    3. Related site: choose the domain that your database related to,it can be also any subdomains you have in your hosting account too.<\/li>\n
    4. Users: create users associated with your database:\n

      1. Create a database user<\/strong>:Tick to create the database user immediately .<\/li>\n
      2. Database user name<\/strong>:type unique database username.<\/li>\n
      3. New password<\/strong>: type strong password.<\/li>\n
      4. Confirm password<\/strong>:Re-type the new password.<\/li>\n
      5. User has access to all databases within the selected subscription<\/strong> :if you enable this option this will allow the current new user to access all database related to your subscription.<\/li>\n
      6. Access control<\/strong> :\n
          \n
        1. Allow local connections only<\/strong>. Select to allow access from all Plesk’s IP addresses. These include the localhost and all other IP addresses used by Plesk.<\/li>\n
        2. Allow remote connections from any host<\/strong>. Select to allow access from any server, including the localhost and IP addresses of the Plesk server.<\/li>\n
        3. Allow remote connections from<\/strong> (the specified hosts). Select to allow access from the specified host names or IP addresses. Note that local connections will be allowed too.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        4. Click Ok button to create the new MySQL database and the new user.\n

          How to create MS SQL Database in Plesk<\/h2>\n

                How to remove Databases in Plesk<\/h2>\n

                1. Login to your Plesk control panel.<\/li>\n
                2. Click Databases Tab<\/strong> , you will see the list of your databases including “MySQL or MS SQL” database engines.<\/li>\n
                3. Select your database you want to remove and Click Remove Database<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
