The reason my may use it for example you are out of the office (for vacation reason) or you are creating an notification email account to communicate with your customers and you want to tell your customers that this only auto email system when they try to reply your system notification emails.cPanel control panel allow you to create an setup the Autoresponders for any email account.<\/p>\n<h2>How to setup email Autoresponders within cPanel<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to your cPanel account.<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>cPanel home dashboard<\/strong> , in <strong>Email<\/strong> section click <strong>Autoresponders<\/strong> link icon.\n<p><a class=\"lightbox-image-link\" title=\"cPanel Email Autoresponders.\" href=\"\/knowledgebase\/cpanel-email-Autoresponders.png\" rel=\"lightbox[583]\" data-lightbox=\"roadtrip\"><img class=\"thumbnail\" src=\"\/knowledgebase\/cpanel-email-Autoresponders.png\" alt=\"cPanel Email Autoresponders\" \/><br \/>\n <\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>Autoresponders\u00a0<\/strong> Page click <strong>Add Autoresponder<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li>Fill the requireds fields:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Character Set<\/strong>:The standard Character set is &#8220;utf-8,&#8221; , this is character set for email encoding.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interval<\/strong>:Type the number of hours you want for the autoresponder to wait between responses to the same email address. For example if you set for one hour , and if someone send to the configured autoresponder\u00a0 email twice within one hour the auto reply will send once.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong>:type the email address without @domain part of the email account that you want to setup the auto reply option.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Domain<\/strong>: select the domain name from the drop down list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>From<\/strong>: you can add email address that will be displayed in the sent email ,recommended type the default account.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subject<\/strong>:Type the subject of the auto reply email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>This message contains HTML<\/strong>:check this option if you want to enter html code inside the body of the email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Body<\/strong>: here is the body of the email message .You can add per-defined tags :\n<ol>\n<li>%subject% :Refer\u00a0 to the subject of the message sent to the autoresponder.<\/li>\n<li>%from% :Tag refer to the name of the sender of the message received by the autoresponder, if available.<\/li>\n<li>%email% : The incoming email sender\u2019s address.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong>:you can select <strong>Immediately<\/strong> to activate the auto -reply or <strong>Custom<\/strong> to specify the date time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stop<\/strong>:you can select <strong>Never <\/strong>to never end the auto -reply or <strong>Custom<\/strong> to specify the date time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <strong>Create\/Modify button<\/strong>.
