While ordering a dedicated server with XsoftHost.com, you have the ability to order Failover IPs blocks , the main advantages of ordering more Failover IPs to switch your IPs between your servers for many purposes and this switch operaion will take few seconds to move the IPs , also you can use the Failover IPs as dedicated IPs for your services to host projects online , or host and configure SSL Certificates for websites. Depends on dedicated servers series , you have the possibility to choose from different GEO IPs on the same server or servers.

Regular and initial configurations : You have SERVER (A) and your Fail-Over IP (Z) is managing your projects (Websites,SSL,Shared IP,etc..) then for (Upgrade Server Resources By order new SERVER) you need to change from server (A) to server (B). The First Step is to copy your data and configuration (DNS, APACHE, SMTP, POP3, MySQL ...) from Server (A) to Server (B) then -Step 2 - from your client area control panel swich the Fail-Over IP (Z) from Server (A) to Server (B) and all projects will function as expected on the new Server (B).

Regular and initial configurations : You have SERVER (A) and your Fail-Over IP (Z) is managing your projects (Websites,SSL,Shared IP,etc..) and its on normal functioning , and you have SERVER (B) stands as backup server for your server (A), then your server (A) failed (Hardware or network failure issue) and you move your projects from server (A) to server (B). The Step -1 is to switch your IP Fail-over (Z) from Server (A) to Server (B) then -Step 2 - Now you can start repair your main server (A) and copy back your data from backup server (B) to your main server (A) and switch again fail-over IP (Z) from Server (B) back to SERVER (A). "Switching fail-over IP (Z) from Main Server (A) to Backup Server (B) and back again not using both Fix IP of SERVER (A) and (B)".

Regular and initial configurations : You SERVER (A) is managing all websites ,Some websites assigned to IP Fail-over (Y) and others managed by IP Fail-over (Z), then you notice that your Server (A) resources cant manage all sites , then you can Order new Server (B) and copy sites that assigned to Fail-Over IP (Z) to the SERVER (B) and switch Fail-Over IP (Z) to server (B), so now your both SERVERS (A) and (B) managing differents websites depends on its own assigned IP .
