   4. The customer is responsible to provide accurate and active, current, and complete information on the registration forms,
      If the customer need to verify or change your contact information, customer may utilize the XsoftHost.com Billing and Support Portal to update your contact information.
      Providing false or incorrect contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.
   5. In case of using credit card on payment gateway , XsoftHost.com may ask scan of the credit card used for verification purposes.

   6. XsoftHost.com retains the right to ask the customer to provide the required documents to verify accuracy of customer’s
      account information.In case failing of providing such documents from the customer or mismatch provided documents

      to suspend the customer account and all services related to the customer.

2. General Acceptable Use Policy

   1. The customer acknowledge and agree that he/she will not use our services to:
      1. Violates the laws, regulations, ordinances or other such requirements of any applicable Federal, State or local government and/or international laws .
      2. Causes (DDOS) denial of service attacks, port scans or server scanning against
         XsoftHost.com network and servers and/or facilities of other network over the Internet;
         or host sites that contains viruses, worms,Trojan horses, corrupted files, time bombs, or any other harmfully software or programs designed to
         disrupting, damaging hardware and/or software and/or network and/or facilities.
      3. Host sites or softwares that cause overloads on our network or systems or hardware that we provided to you as a part of the services.
      4. Violates the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008 or similar legislation
      5. Encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children.
      6. Encourages or engaged or publish materials cruelty to humans or animals or terrorism,
         violence and hatred against people, animals or property
      7. Collect or publish any user content or any non-public or personally
         identifiable information about any other user or any other person or entity without their express permission.
      8. Host or use illegal software , or violate and/or use and/or publish and/or host licensed software.
      9. Sending illegal emails or engages in any activity known or considered to be spamming or Mail Bombing.
      10. Host or use fishing websites ; fraud software or submit any fraud activities .
