How To configure POP3 Email Account On Android

Configure POP3 Email Account On Andorid and click Emails

  1. Fist Go to General Settings on Android


  2. On the setting click Manage Accounts


  3. Click Plus Button to add new email account


  4. On Email Account Leave Select existing account as it is , and type your email account and the password that created from the cPanel or Plesk “Please Note that the password is CASE SENSITIVE”,then Press NEXT


  5. On the Next Form : you have to select the type of account , SELECT POP3 Account


  6. On Incoming Server Settings Fill the following
    • Email Address: Enter your email address As example Email@yourdomain.com
    • Password: type your email password
    • POP3 Server : type mail.<yourdomain.com>
    • Security Type : if you already install SSL select SSL option that compatible with your SSL OTHERWISE select NONE
    • Port : type the port number 110
    • Delete Email from server : If you want to keep you emails on the server select Never,otherwise select optionWhen deleted from inbox



  7. On Outgoing Server Settings Fill the following
    • SMTP Server: type mail.<yourdomain.com>
    • Security Type : if you already install SSL select SSL option that compatible with your SSL OTHERWISE select NONE
    • Port : type the port number 25 for plain text or 587 if you are using SSL
    • Require sing-in : Make sure to check this option
    • User name: Enter your email address As example Email@yourdomain.com
    • Password: type your email password

    then Press Next.


  8. NOW you are done!. And you can send and receive emails from you mobile device.
