How to create email account in cPanel

Steps To Create New Email Account On cPanel  paper_lantern Theme

  1. Login to your cPanel account , Usually the link look like “https://yourdomain.com:2083”
  2. Locate Email section in your cPanel dashboard and click Email Accounts icon



  3. On the new Add Email Account Page Fill the following
    1. Email: your email address.
    2. Password: Strong Password for your new email account.
    3. Password (Again): Re-type the password.
    4. Mailbox Quota : Define the email quota by MB or set Unlimited size.
    5. Click Create Account.

  4. To Login to your new email account You can Access Webmail from the same page by click actions-mo



  5. you will see the icons of the three webmail interfaces ,You have choices to choose any access webmail



Steps To Create New Email Account On cPanel X3 Theme

  1. Log in to your cPanel > Mail section > Email Accounts



  2. Fill the Email , Password and Mailbox Quota Fields and click Create Account



  3. Now you can Access your email Navigating Action -> More -> Access Webmail



  4. Now you are free to choose any access webmail from Horde,Roundcube,Squirrelmail

Quick Add Email Address From XsoftHost Client Area

if you are hosting with Us , there is an easy and quick way to create an email account in one step, steps are :

  1. Login to your XsoftHost Client Area.
  2. From the Menu Services -> My Services you can find the hosting package from the list and click the Service.
  3. On the service detail page locate Quick Create Email Account



  4. You can Access your webmail by navigating the webmail URL it will look like “http://webmail.yourdomain.com” or https://yourdomain.com:2096
